Summary
The Supervisor supports the Store Manager in Dallas by acting as Manager On Duty, coaching the sales team, and delivering outstanding client experiences. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals, developing client relationships, and executing daily store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for client relationship building and drive sales through outreach, appointments, and in-store initiatives
- Act as Manager On Duty to ensure appropriate staff coverage and serve as first point of contact for associates and clients on the sales floor
- Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions, improve KPIs, and close sales
- Coach and train staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and client service; share feedback with management
- Perform operational tasks including opening and closing the store, register and back office procedures, merchandise transfers, and maintaining visual standards
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs and build a loyal client following
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and a polished professional appearance
- Available to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, at least 3 Saturdays per month and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory and the holiday season
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
