Team Lead - Northpark

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Director and Team Managers in driving store performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on mentoring and developing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sales and service strategies. The Team Lead will also manage floor operations and help achieve the store's sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute sales and client development strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop client advisors to maximize individual and team performance.
• Drive client experience initiatives to build loyalty and reinforce luxury positioning.
• Manage selling and floor operations, ensuring a high level of service and presentation.
• Proactively champion the achievement of sales goals across multiple categories.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a luxury retail environment, with ability to develop and coach a sales team.
• Experience driving multiple product categories and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend products based on client profiles and market trends.
