Store Supervisor

Summary

As a Store Supervisor you will support the store leadership team by coaching and developing sales staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, monitor performance metrics, and execute operational tasks to maintain store standards. This role balances coaching, selling, and administrative duties to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
• Model selling behaviors and spend significant time selling on the floor while implementing clienteling strategies
• Execute promotions, sales events, and communicate sales and performance updates to the team
• Monitor sales metrics, report product category opportunities, and support merchandising needs
• Support inventory control, daily cash handling, deposits, and register balancing
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, training programs, and provide feedback to store management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to sell, operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock/dressing rooms and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to build positive customer and team relationships
