Servicing Operations Specialist

As a Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate daily processing and analysis of repair orders and material inventory, ensuring systematic and physical movement of merchandise throughout the TSC. You will provide strategic and cross-functional support across various departments, adapting to business needs related to staffing or volume peaks.

• Provide cross-functional coverage in varying departments to meet business goals.
• Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate analysis, processing, and movement of repairs and materials.
• Identify and communicate potential order issues.
• Ensure accurate order information and identify counterfeit merchandise.
• Act as a liaison between the Service Center and internal customers and vendors.
• Respond professionally to communications in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management on repair service issues and customer escalations.
• Assist management with projects and tasks to meet business needs.
• Advocate for internal customers by resolving customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with responsible parties.

• Undergraduate degree.
• 2 years' business experience with a strong operational background.
• Experience in operations, technical, or luxury retail environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AS400, MIPS, POS, Salesforce, or Compass.
• Flexible work schedule with potential for overtime, including weekends.
• Customer service orientation and strong attention to detail.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs.
• Agility to transition between tasks with ease.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
