Servicing Specialist

As a Servicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing repair orders, identifying technical assignments, and ensuring efficient workflow at Tiffany & Co. in Queens, NY. Your expertise will help balance client needs with technical capabilities, maximizing efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Accurately assess repair orders to identify technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
• Capture all relevant information in the system and escalate servicing issues as needed.
• Identify volume, type of repairs, and expected customer due dates, managing short date and late-moving orders.
• Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
• Meet or exceed established productivity standards and maintain organized workspace.
• Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products and proactively seek new skills and techniques.
• Provide assistance throughout the service center and participate in special projects.
• Comply with all health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.

• High School diploma or equivalent with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment.
• Experience in a technical environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. computer systems preferred.
• Graduate Gemologist preferred.
