Summary

Provide high quality sewing and pressing services to customers in the alterations and tailor shop, completing alterations on time while meeting department productivity goals and following store guidelines. Use sewing and pressing machinery and store technology to manage customer alteration requests and deliver excellent customer service through teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewer and pressing tasks according to store guidelines and service standards
• Execute workload and complete customer items on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Follow proper processes and procedures for alterations
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Ability to safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow store processes and guidelines
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
