Provide high quality sewing and pressing services for customers in the Alterations Shop, completing alteration tasks on time while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with the store team. Utilize store technology to manage alteration orders and meet productivity expectations in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
• Complete customer alteration orders accurately and on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Manage and organize customer alteration needs using store technology
• Follow proper processes and procedures for alterations work
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers regarding orders
• Work collaboratively within the Alterations and Store Team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sewing and pressing experience
• Clear professional communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
