The Sewer/Presser provides quality alteration and pressing services while helping customers receive the best possible service. This seasonal role supports the Alterations and Store Team.

Responsibilities

• Complete sewing and pressing tasks according to store guidelines and service standards.
• Manage workload, respond to customer needs, and complete items on time.
• Meet productivity goals and follow proper processes and procedures.
• Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Safely operate sewing, pressing, and standard alterations equipment.
• Be willing to learn and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
