Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
• Complete alteration orders on time and meet productivity goals
• Manage workload and follow through on customer needs
• Utilize store technology to organize and manage customer alteration requests
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple customer requests
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
