Sewing Artisan - Leather Repairs Warehouse

As a Sewing Artisan specializing in leather repairs at our warehouse in Irving, you will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, including handbags, wallets, and luggage trunks. You will work under the supervision of the Client Care Services Production Manager, ensuring all repairs meet Louis Vuitton's quality standards.

• Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality specifications and guidelines.
• Work in sewing, painting, and cutting as necessary.
• Utilize manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in improvement projects.
• Report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
• Work independently and communicate effectively within a team environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Pass manual dexterity/sewing test.
• Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus.
• Basic math skills required for measuring.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Detail, quality, and safety oriented.
• Self-motivated to complete repairs from beginning to end.
• Basic level English language proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime as required by business demands.
