Shoe Operating Assistant - Fashion Valley

Summary

Part-time role supporting shoe operations at a mall store location. Responsible for supporting daily footwear sales floor and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth customer service and inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and organizing shoe inventory
• Support visual merchandising of footwear displays
• Help customers with product selection and fitting
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shoe department
• Receive and unpack deliveries and process returns
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Coordinate with store team on promotions and store events

Requirements

• Previous retail or footwear experience preferred
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting
• Reliable availability for part-time shift schedule including weekends
• Basic math and point of sale familiarity
