Summary

Part-time role supporting daily shoe operations at a Fashion Valley retail location, focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining product presentation. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and fitting.
• Maintain visual presentation of shoe displays and merchandise.
• Receive and organize new inventory and stockroom items.
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Support floor recovery and store cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred.
