Lead the shoe department on Bloor St., focusing on achieving sales goals and developing a loyal clientele through exceptional in-store and online service. Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve sales targets within the shoe department.
• Promote the footwear collection and reinforce lifestyle brand positioning.
• Deliver personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele.
• Provide product knowledge training to advisors and develop brand image and taste level.
• Coordinate with buying and visual teams to ensure appropriate inventory and brand presentation.
• Participate in and coordinate trunk shows and special events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, footwear, or department leadership.
• Experience across menswear departments (sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing) is preferred.
• Proven ability to create exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store.
• Demonstrated interest in developing others and participating in training initiatives.
• Comfort with retail technology and using innovations to support customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to achieving financial goals.
