Showroom Manager

The Showroom Manager at Betteridge Vail will be responsible for managing general showroom functions with a focus on excellent client service. This role involves cultivating a professional environment, setting standards for colleagues, and collaborating with the management team.

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategies and client relationships.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for service and selling.
• Stay informed on market competition, industry trends, and client behaviors.
• Demonstrate business acumen in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
• Manage daily operational tasks according to company standards.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
• Serve as a leader supporting the Showroom Director.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration with peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Develop product knowledge and train the team on current collections.
• Create a luxury client experience in the showroom.

• 2+ years of retail service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of watch trends and market competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
