Showrooms & Events Manager

Summary

Lead the creative execution and installation of brand showrooms and events, delivering concepts from mood boards and 3D renderings through to final placement of furniture, artwork, and decorative elements. Manage project calendars, vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics to ensure timely, on-brand presentations across Apparel, Home, PR and marketing events, pop-ups and store openings. Collaborate with senior leads, support satellite locations and EU counterparts, and supervise freelance and temporary staff.

Responsibilities

• Create mood boards, 3D renderings and concept presentations reflecting the Ralph Lauren aesthetic.
• Execute installations and styling, including placement of furniture, artwork, props and decorative elements for showrooms and events.
• Source and procure props, furniture and framing while managing budgets and cost-effective vendor relationships.
• Maintain rolling project/installation calendars, provide logistics support and coordinate installations including nonstandard hours.
• Manage freelance and temporary staff and support their development; communicate design direction to satellite and EU teams.

Requirements

• Design degree and/or minimum 5+ years visual merchandising, creative services or commercial design experience.
• Proven ability to manage a rolling project/installation calendar and lead team efforts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google SketchUp and familiar with AI design tools.
• Comfortable with standard interior design installation tasks and tools and available to work outside standard hours as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills and experience managing vendors and budgets.
