Sourcing Leader - Contract

Summary

The Sourcing Leader is a corporate role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships to support product programs. This fully remote position collaborates with cross functional teams to negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and ensure supplier performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and supplier selection criteria for assigned categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and risk mitigation activities.
• Partner with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align sourcing with product and delivery requirements.
• Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities and track results against targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience, preferably in home furnishings or consumer products.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Strong analytical skills, cross functional communication, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
