Responsibilities- Execute all visual merchandising actions required to maximize business results in line with the visual strategy.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align responsibilities and priorities.
- Facilitate weekly touch bases with business partners to align on travel, rotations, floor planning, and product knowledge development.
- Manage and execute all visual merchandising rotations in partnership with various teams while ensuring brand integrity.
- Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand visual merchandising expectations.
- Execute extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme while achieving commerciality and cross-selling.
- Manage visual merchandising maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of all client-facing areas.
- Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to ensure visual merchandising inventory is organized and maintained.
- Guide and manage visual merchandising and product knowledge training throughout the season.
- Propose elevated display solutions in line with the brand vision.
- Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods.
