Requirements- 3 years of relevant experience, especially in luxury spa or hospitality.
- Good working knowledge of booking software.
- Sales and customer service training is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to focus on guest service, remaining calm and patient.
