Summary
Support development and execution of email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the Digital and Client Experience organization. Serve as a bridge between creative, marketing, client intelligence and technical teams to ensure timely, high quality, personalized campaign delivery and operational rigor in a hybrid office model.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end email campaigns from briefing to deployment.
- Build and optimize responsive modular templates using HTML, CSS, and SFMC tools.
- Perform QA across devices, rendering, links, segmentation, and tracking.
- Manage audience segmentation using Data Extensions, SQL, Queries, and Audience Builder.
- Support setup of journeys, triggered sends, automations, and multi channel orchestration in SFMC.
- Troubleshoot dynamic content, AMPscript, rendering issues, and data discrepancies.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and vendor relationships for campaign builds.
- Execute A/B tests and recommend data driven optimizations.
- Track timelines, document requirements, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 2+ years of campaign development experience using HTML and AMPscript.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, email marketing, and digital client engagement.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Ability to build segmentation logic and personalization using AMPscript and dynamic blocks.
- Proven experience with QA processes and A/B testing.
- Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
