Specialist Creative Visual Merchandising - The Landmark

The Creative Visual Merchandising Specialist at The Landmark in NYC will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of creative visual merchandising, focusing on clients, people, and brand desirability. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to uphold the company's core beliefs and values.

• Partner with CVM Manager and Director to implement and execute product strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure styling guidelines and merchandising strategy are maintained daily.
• Track effectiveness of product initiatives and provide insights during floor walks.
• Plan and implement creative CVM campaigns, ensuring impactful presentations.
• Manage creative campaign logistics, installations, and maintenance.
• Support high-profile events and special creative installations.
• Maximize CVM and merchandising opportunities independently.
• Communicate business opportunities to CVM Manager and Director.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising, visual display, or related areas.
• Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
• Portfolio required.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Reside within a commutable distance to The Landmark.
• Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies and props.
• Experience with basic construction tools and painting.
• Proficiency in Email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Theatre or color display lighting experience is a plus.
