Loewe is seeking a Client Advisor – Visual Expert for its new Short Hills location. The role involves building client relationships in the luxury market and achieving sales goals while maintaining visual standards in the store.

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
• Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized.
• Contribute to the visual presentation of products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Promote store events and maintain client contact.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Liaison with the Visual Merchandising team for accurate representation.
• Provide coaching and training for consistent product knowledge.
• Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements.
• Support in-store events and special projects.

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in retail.
• Experience in crafting windows and interior displays.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
