Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor develops long-lasting customer relationships to drive brand sales, service, and loyalty for their assigned beauty brand. This in-store role focuses on personalized client acquisition and retention, product expertise, and achieving individual and brand sales targets. The advisor supports merchandising, events, and in-store marketing to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and personalized selling to all customers.
• Achieve and exceed personal and assigned brand sales and service targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team and support vendor and buyer relationships.
• Drive brand initiatives including event execution, assortment recommendations, merchandising, and price changes.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods; resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
