Responsibilities- Optimize product sequencing daily/weekly based on sales, inventory, and brand priorities.
- Analyze performance and optimize product grids based on product trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Monitor on-site search trends and identify opportunities.
- Assist with product recommendation program and testing pipeline.
- Partner with inventory teams to maintain product availability based on retail inventory.
- Conduct regular on-site testing and proactively identify and correct issues.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and identify trends and opportunities for site improvement.
- Manage site operations in partnership with regional and global teams.
- Prepare readiness documentation for upcoming commercial moments and campaign launches.
- Set up and maintain shipping options and client communications.
- Partner with retail team to maintain store hours and information.
- Identify and optimize live chat functionality on site pages across US and Canada.
- Assist with site re-platform, including QA, merchandising preparation, and ad-hoc needs before launch.
Requirements- BA/BS degree.
- 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Background in ecommerce, online merchandising, or merchandising.
- Proficiency in website analytics (GA4 & ContentSquare).
- Computer proficiency with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to collaborate with all business partners across the organization.
- Self-motivated with a curiosity and desire to learn more.
- Preferred: Retail background and luxury experience.
