Specialist, Visual Merchandising - Topanga

Summary

The Associate, Visual Merchandising maintains the brand image in the boutique while elevating the client experience and facilitating the selling process. The role reports to the Boutique Director and partners with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain displays, change mannequins, and support the selling team with product replenishment and substitutions.
• Support product preparation for floor moves and collection launches, and maintain digital photo files and window-item documentation.
• Assist with events, seasonal installations, sales, and other business initiatives.
• Communicate with boutique teams and management and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience and basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Basic computer software and digital photography experience.
• Associate degree required, preferably in a fashion-related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift 30 to 40 pounds, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
