Summary
The Visual Merchandising Specialist oversees visual merchandising standards for the Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique. The role coordinates the implementation and maintenance of guidelines, displays, windows, and selling-floor presentations while supporting an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
- Partner with boutique management to support merchandise initiatives and business needs.
- Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
- Maintain window and selling-floor presentations between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches.
- Photograph boutique presentations after sets and installations, and update image files when changes are made.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver timely results, assisting with operational or sales-floor tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or higher-level role, preferably with a luxury jewelry or timepiece brand.
- Knowledge of jewelry and timepieces, merchandising, and visual display.
- Education or experience in display and exhibition design, art, fashion, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, digital photography, and phone applications.
- Professional communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, or push items up to 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
