Specialist, Visual Merchandising - Waikiki

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Specialist coordinates and maintains visual merchandising standards across the boutique, including windows, selling floors, fixtures, and mannequins. This in-store role partners with boutique management and the Visual Lead to deliver consistent presentations and support an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Maintain merchandise presentation on windows and selling floors between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Photograph the boutique after visual updates and submit images according to established guidelines.
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or higher-level position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art- or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, and digital photography.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email; foreign language skills are preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client experience skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push items weighing up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
