Responsibilities- Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
- Resolve customer issues, handle bill payments, and process customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
- Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
- Maintain repair logs and track repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
- Assist in trunk shows and manage special order requests and Statements of Sale.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office, with adaptability to changing technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule availability as per business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply store policies and procedures in decision-making.
