Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at Versace Boca Raton, you will support store sales productivity and customer service by efficiently managing inventory transactions and maintaining stock levels. You will ensure the stock room is organized and assist in various operational tasks to support the sales team.

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate representation of sizes and styles.
• Communicate stock level and quality issues to management to prevent shrink.
• Keep the stock room clean and organized at all times.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Stock store shelves and racks as needed.
• Assist in preparing and executing physical inventory and resolving discrepancies.
• Support daily operations including opening and closing the store, managing registers, and visual maintenance.
• Assist the sales team with tasks such as running sizes and advising on stock availability.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.

• Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment, stock experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales focus.
