Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general and jewelry-specific tasks.

• Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, and reconciling chargebacks.
• Resolve customer issues and process customer packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory.
• Process re-tickets, RTV's, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
• Complete case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain repair logs and track repairs.
• Assist in trunk shows and manage special order requests.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills including Google and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule and adherence to Dependability standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply store policies in decision-making.
