Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions, maintain standards, and resolve customer issues effectively.

• Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, and chargeback reconciliation.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues, including payment and package tracking.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process merchandise accurately.
• Complete case counts, maintain repair logs, and manage special orders and trunk shows.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule availability and adherence to Dependability standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and apply store policies in decision-making.
