Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and the Jewelry Department under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general and jewelry-specific tasks.

• Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
• Resolve customer issues, handle bill payments, and process customer packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
• Maintain repair logs and track all repairs and special orders.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
