Responsibilities- Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, and reconciling chargebacks.
- Resolve customer issues and process customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines.
- Receive, verify, and book all jewelry according to Company standards.
- Process re-tickets, RTV's, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
- Complete case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a repair log and track all repairs.
- Assist in trunk show set-up and take down.
- Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and adherence to standards.
- Assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements- Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
- Proficiency in Google, MS Office, and adaptability to changing technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule as per business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply store policies and procedures in decision-making.
