Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general office and jewelry operations.

• Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, and reconciling chargebacks.
• Resolve customer issues and process customer packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process re-tickets, RTVs, and transfers.
• Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
• Maintain a repair log and track all repairs sent to vendors.
• Assist in trunk show set-up and take down, and prepare special order requests.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule and adherence to Dependability standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and apply store policies in decision-making.
