Responsibilities- Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Resolve customer issues, research and process payments, and track customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
- Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
- Maintain a repair log and track all repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
- Assist in trunk show set-up/take down and recap results.
- Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors as needed.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and adherence to standards.
- Assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule as per business needs and adherence to Dependability standards.
- Attention to detail and organized personal workspace.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply store policies and procedures in decision-making.
