Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and the Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general office tasks and jewelry operations.

• Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
• Resolve customer issues, research and process payments, and track customer packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
• Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
• Maintain repair logs and track repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
• Assist in trunk show setup and takedown, and manage special order requests.
• Ensure internal audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule as per business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
