Responsibilities- Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on MHUSA priorities.
- Calculate distributor needs based on key parameters such as forecast and safety stock.
- Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and market leads to adjust to changing needs.
- Ensure smooth SKU transition execution and reserve stock in SAP.
- Optimize transportation via direct load based on sourcing, weight, and value.
- Monitor PO processing until delivery to distributor.
- Optimize route to market for all orders and implement efficiencies.
- Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes.
- Serve as a single point of contact on customer service for distributors and commercial teams.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3+ years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics and systems knowledge, including Excel and SAP.
- Experience in operations or supply chain, preferably with knowledge of importing/distribution in the U.S.
- Action-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
