Sr Financial Analyst - FP&A

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Financial Analyst with expertise in financial planning and analysis to join our finance organization. This role involves developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, performing operational analysis and reporting, and supporting key investments to understand business performance drivers. The position is based in Seattle, WA, and requires in-office presence three days a week.

• Lead processes for monthly reporting of close results and monthly forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and analyze business operations.
• Create reporting tools and financial models for insights into past performance and future trends.
• Act as a key finance contact and communicate effectively with non-financial leaders.
• Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.
• Drive process improvements and reporting simplification.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Cognos is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines independently.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
