Job Description

Summary

Senior HR Program Manager to lead development and implementation of an enterprise skills strategy and roadmap. This hybrid role partners cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, product and technology teams to build a skills based organization and govern skills delivery across the employee journey. The role drives project plans, stakeholder engagement, change management, and vendor and technology coordination to operationalize the skills strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the skills based talent program, strategy, and phased roadmap across the enterprise
  • Develop project plans and communication materials to drive milestones and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to coordinate dependencies and activation
  • Design and implement a sustainable skills governance framework
  • Support vendor selection and management for enterprise delivery
  • Collaborate with HR Product and HR Tech to build the vendor technology and skills data roadmap
  • Lead integrated change management to ensure successful implementation
  • Stay current on skills based models vendors and AI impacts on the skills ecosystem

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Human Resources program or project management experience
  • Experience managing large scale enterprise HR initiatives that deliver business value
  • Knowledge of skills frameworks learning platforms and supporting Tech or AI systems
  • Experience identifying and managing external vendors for enterprise efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to influence stakeholders and partners
  • Outstanding communication and partnership skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work onsite four days per week and be located within commutable distance to downtown Seattle offices
