Responsibilities- Build reporting analytical frameworks and prepare MHUSA for the next stage of its data transformation journey.
- Lead best practice data product development that supports MHUSA's commitment to leveraging data & analytics in business decision making.
- Manage Commercial Data Products to enable sales teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Partner with COE and extended Commercial Team on incorporating business rules, product needs, and objectives into the broader MHUSA Data and Product Strategy.
- Lead continuous optimization of Commercial Data assets, finding synergy across datasets and data projects to maximize business value and efficiency.
- Prepare strategic and issue-based presentations for senior management, internal and external business partners, and global stakeholders.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 8+ years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, building, deploying, and activating data products.
- Experience with GCP, PowerBI, AWS, Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx.
- Proven functional expertise and ability to develop, sell, and drive best practices.
- Success in stakeholder management and driving transformation within an organization based on data capabilities.
- Ability to educate and influence business partners at all levels to act in accordance with data best practices.
