Summary
The Senior Manager, Program Management on the Enterprise Planning and Delivery Team will drive strategic initiatives and enable senior leaders across Operations to improve execution and operational excellence. This role leads program management best practices, develops processes and tools, crafts communications, and partners with stakeholders to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead intra-operations strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership.
- Partner with Operations leadership to define and deliver a holistic roadmap and governance for the operations portfolio.
- Create materials and narratives in PowerPoint and Word to drive decision making and alignment.
- Develop processes, tools, templates, and meeting rhythms to increase effectiveness and accountability.
- Define KPIs and measurement standards and provide visibility to progress across operations.
- Coordinate real-time decision making and operational readiness, including peak volume monitoring.
- Serve as primary contact for Business Operations Managers during planning cycles and operational rhythms.
- Support ad hoc performance requests and deep dives with analysis and recommendations.
- Identify action items, prioritize work, and roll initiatives forward into subsequent planning phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience in strategy consulting, program management, merchandising, supply chain, or operations.
- Proven experience formulating strategy and guiding implementation across multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create compelling narratives in PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience driving cross-functional processes, change management, and meeting effectiveness.
- Ability to analyze data, build models, and use insights to drive recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
