Job Description

Summary

As a Sr Manager of Visual Merchandising, you will lead the visual merchandising strategy for our retail locations, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to align with brand standards.
  • Oversee the execution of visual displays and ensure consistency across all retail locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional events and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store layouts.
  • Train and mentor visual merchandising staff to maintain high standards of execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving sales through effective visual merchandising.
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.
