Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Administrator at Nieman Marcus Northpark, you will play a vital role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of the stockroom. You will be responsible for maintaining order, optimizing stockroom management, and supporting the store's overall goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and plan annual inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with stockroom guidelines and company policies to minimize loss prevention risks.
  • Accurately price and ticket items, and liaise with the Store Manager to optimize stockroom management.
  • Train team members on inventory guidelines and escalate discrepancies to the Manager.
  • Prepare goods for client delivery, store transfers, and end-of-season returns.
  • Assist in floor directives, merchandising, and display maintenance.
  • Support store management in achieving store goals and KPIs.
  • Comply with point of sale policies and educate the sales team on store sales plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in retail systems and operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
