Stock Administrator

Summary

Support store operations by managing inventory and stock flow to ensure products are available for sales and clients receive excellent service. Execute back-end processes including deliveries, transfers, omnichannel order processing and use company systems to maintain operational efficiency and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of sellable and non sellable products in the store
• Support sales teams with fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor
• Process deliveries and transfers within due dates to support sales
• Process omnichannel ship from store orders when applicable
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock takes
• Track and reconcile stock discrepancies and report losses or thefts
• Perform audits of stock movements including damaged and in transit items
• Assist with after sales processes such as returns and repairs

Requirements

• Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Familiarity with company systems such as SAP and related tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in product handling
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and management
• Ability to support loss prevention policies and related procedures
• Good organizational and operational efficiency skills
