Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and fulfilling merchandise and customer orders while maintaining organized stockrooms and supporting store operations. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to operate inventory systems and packing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight then unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders timely following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to shipping procedures
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup, markdowns and fixture relocation

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
