Stock Associate - Lenox Square

As a Stock Associate at Lenox Square, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. You will report directly to the Store Manager and contribute to the store's success by ensuring efficient stockroom operations.

• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor to meet company visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.

• 1+ years of retail experience focusing on back-of-house responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.

• Proficiency in operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite.
