Stock Associate - Cabazon Outlet

The Stock Associate at Cabazon Outlet is responsible for maintaining the proper rotation of goods, ensuring order in the warehouse, and safeguarding products and valuable materials. This role supports store management in achieving store goals and provides exceptional customer service.

• Conduct daily cycle counts and plan annual inventory.
• Ensure compliance with stockroom guidelines and company policies.
• Train team members on inventory guidelines and escalate discrepancies to the manager.
• Prepare goods for shipment and assist with product transfers and returns.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain company visual standards.
• Educate the sales team on store sales plans and operational procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in retail systems and operations.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
