Summary
Support store operations by managing shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory and supplies, processing repairs, organizing back stock, assisting visual merchandising, and supporting the sales floor as needed. Report to the Store Director and contribute to daily objectives and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure accurate processing of inter-store transfers
- Maintain and replenish store supplies such as shopping bags and receipts
- Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management
- Organize back stock and check in new merchandise to keep inventory accessible
- Partner with management on monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Assist with implementation of visual displays and communicate visual standards to the team
- Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management
- Oversee daily store cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, carpeting, and lighting
- Manage maintenance and repair calls and communicate needs for new fixtures or services
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and word processing and familiarity with JDA
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to drive results and manage priorities
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Attention to detail in inventory and visual management
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to changing needs
