Summary
The Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, inventory management, back stock organization, repairs processing, and store maintenance while assisting the sales floor as needed. This role works closely with store management to ensure stock accuracy, loss prevention, and visual standards are maintained. The position involves physical tasks and collaboration with internal teams to meet daily operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure accurate timely shipments
- Process inter-store transfers and manage incoming merchandise check in
- Maintain and replace store supplies such as bags receipts and tissue paper
- Process ship and track repairs in partnership with retail management
- Organize and maintain accessible back stock and perform monthly cycle counts
- Prepare and execute inventory reconciliation with management and Inventory Control
- Assist with visual display implementation and communicate visual standards to the team
- Support the sales floor and complete additional projects as directed by management
- Oversee store maintenance cleaning fixtures and repair coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and word processing and familiarity with JDA
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and perform physical tasks
- Strong organizational commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment and drive results
- Proven ability to manage coach and develop a team
