Stock Associate - Great Mall

As a Stock Associate at the Great Mall in Milpitas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. You will report directly to the Store Manager and ensure the smooth functioning of the stockroom and sales floor.

• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor to meet company visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer expectations.
• Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies and adjustments.

• 1+ years of retail experience focusing on back-of-house responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in operating a POS and Microsoft Office suite.
