Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation.
- Support management and sales staff with quick and accurate stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size.
- Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Organize the shipping area and ensure proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store functionality.
- Communicate with management and sales team about new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and a polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability, with a willingness to accept feedback.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly.
